The apartment number of Villa Monti called "Geranium" has 1 bedroom with a double bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living room with sofa-bed.​ This apartment is ideal for a couple but it can be used also by a group of three or a family of three using the sofa bed in the living room. A sliding door in the living room of apartment Geranium provides exclusive access to a large classic balcony with a stunning lake view facing west and south west. From here one can stare at the sun changing the colors and atmosphere of the lake through the day. Il BORGO è composto da tre antiche e lussuose dimore, del 1600. Sono tutte case indipendenti. Una è la casa della sola coppia di ospiti, una è la casa dei proprietari e l'ultima è lo studio massaggi olistici. Il giardino, la piscina, l' idromassaggio con acqua calda, la sauna ad infrarossi e il bosco, sono ad uso esclusivo delle sole due persone ospitate. Il tutto immerso nella natura. Luca e Marina, abitano nel BORGO, ma non utilizzano i servizi. La struttura non è adatta ad ospitare bambini.

L'appartamento è arredato in perfetto stile tradizionale locale dell'antica Toscana : antiche travi in legno, pavimenti in cotto e arredamenti unici. Nel grande cortile esterno troverete a vostra disposizione una grande piscina con terrazza panoramica che si affaccia su una valle con vista mozzafiato su vigneti e oliveti dove godersi tramonti spettacolari.
