In 1922 the Cranchi family started its first boat yard in Griante where the family built boats for almost a century. In 2014 the yard went through a complete 3-year renovation to become a high-end luxury villa that was renamed Elementi. The typical characteristics of the industrial boatyard have been preserved and, combined with the incredible architectural design and stunning interiors, Elementi really is one of a kind on Lake Como.
