High quality games and indoor activities if you want to stay in and spend time with family or just relax. There are also many choices for dining within walking distance and two major shopping malls right around the corner. The house is also in close proximity to three parks if you are a runner or just enjoy the outdoors.

Modern 2-bedroom home in Rio Rancho. Everything was remodeled. 2 bedrooms with queen beds, and a fully non-smoking space. A small third bedroom I keep private as an owner's closet. Adjacent to Albuquerque, near Petroglyphs, Sandia Mountain Tramway, and about an hour+ to Santa Fe. Even though the entire home is "one level," there are two steps to a sunken living room. Free 50-amp EV charging outlet L2 (NEMA 14-50) so bring your own charging cable/adapter. (If you forget it, let me know.)
