The in law is entire lower level of home- approx. 900 sq. ft. It's private, sunny with own entrance and yard, facing undeveloped woods. Mornings & nights are great for patio or visiting at fire pit. (after June firepit not allowed due to CA fire danger) A rustic, gravel path takes you to your door. Whoever books must be guest & we'll need photo of you! (not sunset!) Please be ok with the fact that 2 dogs live upstairs.
