This newly built 2 level villa (2024) is self-contained, self-catering with direct access to the beach! It has 3 queen size bed bedrooms + 2 single beds. The master bedroom has its own entrance for additional privacy! We aim to complement the beautiful natural scenery with comfortable facilities that are in harmony with the environment and the peaceful location. The villa's architecture is based on the traditional style using colours that blend in beautifully with the surrounding environment!

Sunset house in Hydra

Our parents build this wonderful house in the traditional architecture of Hydra. The house is located in the picturesque fisherman's harbour of Kamini, more quiet and peaceful compared to the lively and cosmopolitan port of Hydra. It is 15 min walk from the central port of Hydra (along a scenic road next to the sea) or 3 min by water taxi. The house is only 90 steps(usually are more than 200) from the Kamini sea side road but the spectacular view from the terrace make it worth the effort.

Our place is a traditional stone house at Kamini district. It's a 15 minute walk from the port and 7 minutes from one of the best beaches of Hydra. Kamini is a quiet neighborhood with a small marina and restaurants serving delicious greek dishes. Our house has a balcony with exceptional sea view, a cozy side patio and a garden with lemon trees. It's a 2 bedroom house renovated and fully equipped (oven, dishwasher, washing-drying machine, A/C, Wi-Fi, Tv etc.) making it ideal for families.

This beautiful villa is in an exclusive development has stunning views of the sea. The villa has its own private entrance and swimming pool (the pool is 10 meters by 5 meters). There is a covered barbeque area, a large terraced area, there are six sun loungers and another table and chairs next to the pool, where you can sit and enjoy the beautiful views of the sea. This room is located in Kamini area. It is part of a bigger building right by the sea, which used to be a tannery (tampakiko) -back to the 1840s. It's been renovated recently and provides you a private balcony with splendid views of the ocean. You will enjoy peaceful moments hearing and gazing the sea, while only a few steps keep you away.
