Situated in a peaceful lane ten minutes walk from the village centre and 2 pubs, the property has its own front door, well equipped kitchenette, modern shower and toilet, large lounge diner, inglenook and two double bedrooms. Anstey Grove Barn

Anstey Grove Barn is a barn converted to provide high quality accommodation for up to 12 guests and is situated in the beautiful Hertfordshire countryside and is 30 minutes from Cambridge and an hour from London. The barn has 4 double and 2 twin bedrooms all with en suite facilities, a full equipped kitchen and a living and dining area for 12. Outside, the barn has a large garden with a herb patio with BBQ and seating.

The Garden Room is within the barn extension of our c17 thatched cottage. It has a special indoor/outdoor feel, with windows onto our traditional cottage garden and French doors to let the outside in. Located in the centre of the village, it is convenient for Cambridge (30 mins by car), London escapes, exploring the beautiful countryside and sights nearby, and for weddings at South Farm. Come and stay!
