Casa Caterina si trova nel piccolo e caratteristico borgo di Lucchio, immersa nel verde e con la possibilità di molteplici attività sportive nelle vicinanze adatte a adulti e bambini, nonchè di cammini molto caratteristici. Gioviano is a small quiet medieval village 25 kms from the walled city of Lucca in the Garfagnana. The house is peacful and in the heart of this beautiful Tuscan village, if you want to explore the region this is a perfect retreat for a weekend or longer. We are 50 minutes from Pisa airport on the SS12 route. The location is perfect for summer or winter. In summer you can reach the sea, in winter ski in the hills. All year round you can explore the region by foot, bicycle, motorcycle or car.

La nostra splendida e accogliente casina è situata nell'incantevole paesino di Tereglio nella splendida valle del Serchio in provincia di Lucca a 6km dalla riserva naturale dell'orrido di Botri e a 10 km dal Parco avventure Canyon Park. La casa si trova nel centro del paese, il parcheggio si trova distante circa 60 m. Presenza di strutture ricettive. La casa è un ottimo punto di appoggio per visitare anche i paesi vicini come Barga e Coreglia, tutti e due tra i borghi più belli d'Italia.

La casa è situata in centro all'Abetone ma è immersa nel verde con una splendida vista sulla vallata. Luminosa e soleggiata, ha tre camere da letto, una matrimoniale e due con due letti a castello (uno dei due può diventare matrimoniale; biancheria non compresa). Un bagno, soggiorno con angolo cottura e cantina riscaldata per gli sci. Area verde di proprietà. Ottima in estate per chi ama tranquillità e natura, ideale nel periodo invernale per chi ama sciare (impianti di risalita a 50m).

Si compone di 1 stanza grande con angolo cottura e soggiorno, 2 camere da letto (2 matrimoniali con 1 balcone) e 1 bagno. Inoltre nel nostro appartamento moderno, potrete godere di varie comodità come il WiFi gratis, il riscaldamento, la lavatrice... ed anche una bellissima vista sul nostro Monte Cimone ogni volta che varcherete la soglia di casa!
