Great place for couples or a small family having a King Size bedroom and a Day bed on bedroom/landing. Just be aware you have to walk through this bedroom to access the main bedroom.

The cottage is located just out of the centre of Hay opposite the beautiful St Mary's Church. It is slightly quieter here than in the heart of the town but is still only a 5 minute walk into the centre. It is very easy to access the river walks, simply taking the path to the right of the church. The cottage is full of character with wooden beams, a wood-burning stove, the original fireplace in the bedroom, wooden flooring throughout the downstairs, and a beautiful south-facing garden.

Fan Cottage - sleeps 6 in luxury in Brecon Beacons

Fan Cottage is a detached cottage in the west of the Brecon Beacons with magnificent views overlooking Cray Reservoir and was totally refurbished to a high standard in 2017. It is ideal for a family or group of friends. Hill and reservoir walks are accessible straight out of the garden. We welcome well behaved dogs - additional charge of £20/dog. We take 7 nights or 3 night weekend bookings from Friday - weekend price is £500 to £650: stay of 7 nights have a minimum of 30% discount.

This one bedroom cottage consists of one double bed, one single bed and also has one very comfy sofa! There is a fully fitted kitchen including a washing machine/tumble perfect for cleaning those muddy clothes after your waterfall walk. Lovely old cottage, great for a relaxing get away with family or friends. Ideal quiet location on the edge of Llansadwrn village with the local friendly pub within walking distance. With the Brecon Beacons on your doorstep there is plenty to do including lots of gardens, castles and mountains to visit. A car is ideal to get around although there is a local bus stop close to the house with a service bus travelling to llandeilo or Llandovery. The nearest railway station is Llangadog.

The Cottage

Newly renovated, this lovely 2 bedroom cottage is located on the beautiful Whitney Estate, 5 miles from Hay-on-Wye and a 30-minute drive to Brecon Beacon National Park. A short walk away, the village of Whitney-on-Wye offers a riverside pub, canoeing and gourmet shop/café. Walking paths weave through the property and are easily accessible. In addition to numerous area activities including hiking and canoeing, the estate offers salmon fishing beats which are available for guests.

Sugarloaf cottage is located under the Blorange Mountain on the outskirts of the lovely market town of Abergavenny. It has been tastefully furnished to a high standard with a Hot tub and private patio area with a BBQ. The cottage has everything you need to ensure you have a perfect stay. We have direct access onto the Monmouthshire/Brecon canal and the cycle path which is ideal if your bringing a furry friend with you as we are super dog friendly
