After a long day of hiking, hunting or off roading you’ll want a good nights sleep on a king size bed. Outdoor cooking area with water, toaster oven, air fryer and gas grill. Please Note: No children. This is not kid friendly rental due to staircase and railing. Pet dogs are allowed with paid pet deposit and prior approval. NO cats or other animals. There is no oven. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway under the rim with scenic views! Colcord Mountain Hideaway is an 800 sq foot second story studio with a lower level kitchenette. Perfect for a romantic couples weekend or a family of four. Located just under the Mogollon Rim lookout and near Woods Canyon Lake, the area offers lots of trails for hiking, biking or horseback riding! Horse stalls are $25 each. We have a round pen nearby. No dogs unless we have talked about it.

If you are in need of another bedroom, or use of the fire pit, then renting both units would be an option. I will given a discount on the smaller unit, if both are rented together.
