This entire basin is a "no-wake" zone which allows safe swimming for the whole family. Enjoy fishing, search for turtles, or explore beyond the cove using the canoe, kayaks, or paddle boards. Come and stay awhile! Unwind and enjoy a relaxing stay in our 1790’s farmhouse with many original features, situated on 120 mostly-wooded acres in southern Maine. Our farm features a commercial maple syrup operation, 200 high bush blueberry plants, a vegetable garden, pumpkin and berry patches, a variety of fruit trees, honeybee hives, miles of old logging roads for walks, skiing/snowshoeing, meandering brook, patio and outdoor fireplace, free-range chickens, and two large rescue farm dogs.

Relax in our private, romantic Cape Neddick cottage, overlooking a 2 acre meadow and woodland, close by foot, bike, to the amenities of York, Ogunquit, Kennebunk, Kittery, and Portsmouth and within a ten minute ride to five beautiful beaches. Cape Neddick Beach being the closest one, a five minute ride. Our cottage is off the beaten path on a quiet private way, near the Cape Neddick River .

Lily Brook Farm, Hollis, Maine

I’ll respond to inquiries after June 26, 2025 One bedroom apartment on horse/sheep farm in Hollis, Maine. View of farm from living room, bedroom on second floor up very steep farm stairs. One Queen comfy bed. There is a day bed in the living room. 21 miles from Portland and Kennebunkport. The farm is on rt 35. Cars can go by fast, they always break the speed limit. Lots of peace out the back door but be aware this is not way out back away from the road.
