This cute cottage is walking distance to downtown, the hospital & a small shopping center. The living room/dining area is light and airy with a TV & wi/fi . A covered patio with a gas grill, & eating area is reached through a sliding glass door from the living room. The bedroom,with a queen bed & luxurious bedding, is sure to give you a great night's sleep. Perfect for couples or a small family. There is a loft for children complete with a futon. Beautiful 1500 sq foot cottage on 1/2 acre. This property is nestled in the pines off hwy 180. 3 miles from snowbowl and also 3 miles from downtown flagstaff. Perfect for a small family to enjoy all the local attractions. Top and bottom floor have separate entrances. Up stairs entrance has the stairs leading to it, down stairs you access thru garage. If you have young children you might not be comfortable with them sleeping downstairs. Only access to downstairs is thru garage.
