Come relax and play in the great outdoors. Our area is abundant with lakes, rivers, waterfalls and hiking (the Appalachian trail is just a mile away). Our rustic cabin is built from 1875 hand hewn logs and is located on Spivey Creek in Unicoi County Tennessee. The towns of Erwin TN and Burnsville NC are just down the mountain for shopping convenience. For the arts, entertainment and airport convenience Asheville NC and Johnson City TN are less than an hour away. Come stay in our lovely cabin.

Plenty of hiking trails nearby, minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway, and more just outside the door! During the summer the HOA hosts local musicians to perform at the pool or clubhouse once a month. The pool may close a little earlier on those evenings.

River Relaxation

Our cabin is in the woods just up the hill from the river. The river is great for wading and fishing. There is also picnic areas at the river with chairs, tables, fire pits, and plenty of trees to hang a hammock. This property has a main house. The parking area and the cabin are on the lower level of the house. There is a sidewalk that goes past the house to the cabin. The cabin has it's own private area with a side yard, outdoor furniture and a firepit.
