We are close to all that is Colorado; gold medal Trout streams, whitewater rafting, biking paths to Aspen and Vail, hiking to mountain lakes and waterfalls, soaking in the outdoor hot springs pools, hot air ballooning, hang gliding, skiing-both local at Sunlight Mountain, or Snowmass/Aspen/Vail/Breckenridge, golfing, breweries, dispensaries, and live music at outdoor restaurants under the bridge! Moose Haven Cabin @ 22 West

Adjacent to Routt National Forest and the Zirkel Wilderness. Moose, elk, deer, pronghorn, bear, wolf, fox, and many bird species call this special place home. Cabin is an off-grid, dry cabin. Private trails for hiking, biking, xc ski and snowshoe. 4WD or AWD preferred travel in winter. The heat is furnished by a wood stove. Solar powered lights. The composting bathroom is 20 feet away and the shower house a short walk. Water is supplied. Blackstone grill and French press provided.

This is a simple cabin-home is located 7 miles up from the Colorado river on Sweetwater Creek. Three more miles up the road is Sweetwater Lake and the jump off area for the White River National Forest and the Flat Tops Wilderness area. Glenwood Springs is 32 miles down creek/river. Great access to hiking, floating, biking (Glenwood Canyon) and hunting, or best yet relaxing next to a beautiful creek. Brink's Outfitters at Sweetwater Lake has horses and guides for riding.

For being in town it is a private location. The home is located in Minturn the old town of the Vail Valley ideally situated between Vail and Beaver Creek Resorts.
