We are approximately 40 minutes from the nearest beach and national parks. The space has a queen bed, ensuite, dining/lounge area and kitchenette. Generous breakfast provisions. Access to our shared pool through the gate and out the back onto the Clarence River reserve for some fishing or kayaking. 5 minutes drive to Yamba CBD and famous beaches. The space has a equipped kitchenette, BBQ on the deck, separate bathroom / toilet, NBN internet and access to laundry if required. Suits a single/couple or up to 4 people. It has a queen bed and a double sofa bed.

The space is quiet and well appointed making your stay extremely comfortable
