Allen House (calm retreat)

Not so much driving when you're centrally located between Tri-Cities and Prosser--18 minutes each way. Property sits on 1.5 acres on a small hill, and your private space is located in the rear of house where there's no activity but lots of great views of vineyards and the Yakima River. Nearby services include a gas station, and easy entry into Benton City proper for churches, groceries, post office, dining and wineries.
