The accommodation is self-contained annex with private access and off-road parking. Central heating, Wi-Fi and smart TV are just some of the facilities available. The Beach House

The Beach House, West Wittering Beach. An airy, bright home, shares a garden with the main house, sitting directly on the beach. A perfect getaway, an hour and a half from London. Yafford Mill Barn is nestled within the beautiful countryside of the South West of the Island. Much of this beautiful coastal region is protected by the National Trust and is a wonderful walking area with both downland and woodland trails as well as coastal paths with dramatic views. The nearby village of Shorwell has a Public House and Village Shop and the larger village of Brighstone (3 min drive) is a picturesque spot with thatched cottages, a Public House, General Stores & a small museum.

Hidden Away Converted Barn Loft in Shorwell

Northcourt Farm is situated in a valley on the edge of chalk down land, surrounded by pastureland and Grade II Listed Parkland, because of its historic link to Northcourt Manor (privately owned). It's home to our horses, dogs and occasionally some sheep. There are just two dwellings on the farm, our farmhouse cottage and The Barn Flat. The Barn Flat would appeal to walkers and cyclists, having access to the Tennyson Trail, with several paths/bridleways running across our farmland.
