The Barn is a cosy, detached property set in a rural location on the edge of a village. It is conveniently located for exploring Stratford upon Avon, Warwick, Cotswolds, Ragley Hall. It is surrounded by farmland with access to many beautiful footpaths. The Barn comprises of a kitchen and lounge/diner downstairs and 2 bedrooms and a shower room upstairs. There is private parking for 2 cars. Outside there is a patio area next to The Barn and a secluded patio at the bottom a large mature garden.

Our secluded cottage, located at the foot of outstanding ancient woodland with beautiful Teme Valley views, offers a newly refurbished annexe for our guests. A perfect quiet countryside stay with easy access to numerous public footpaths leading to the woods, the River Teme and to wonderful valley views. Only a five minute drive to eateries and 15/ 30 minutes to local Georgian and Medieval market towns. Check in from 3 pm and earlier check in or park up is potentially available on request.

The Loft/Annex at New House Farm

The Annex at New House Farm is situated in Stanton, one of the prettiest villages in the Cotswold. The Mount Inn with its stunning views and home cooked food is a short walk away. Broadway is 3 miles where you will find many shops, cafes & pubs including the Lygon Arms with its new James Martin restaurant. Stratford-on-Avon is the regions cultural centre with it's Shakespearian heritage & Cheltenham is 11 miles with excellent shopping good choice of restaurants and its famous racecourse.

It is a short drive from Broadway and Chipping Campden, Stratford upon Avon, Cheltenham and Tewkesbury It is a 5 minute walk away, the award winning Fleece Inn. Home from home cottage

Our cosy home from home cottage is based in Stoke Heath, Bromsgrove. We are located on a main road with adjacent off road parking (if available). Nearby we have 2 supermarkets, 2 pubs and the Bromsgrove train station. There is also a lovely children's park, outdoor gym and cricket pitch opposite. We have both the M5 and M42 with easy access to the NEC, airport, Cotswolds, Stratford upon Avon and Malverns to name a few.

Garden Room on common/ensuite+kitchenette+patio

The Garden Room - brick built, cosy, self contained, quirky "chalet" with own private access. Idyllic surroundings. You will find it comfortable and welcoming. This is a room with the added advantage of basic kitchen facilities - small utility area with microwave, larder fridge, toaster, sink, crockery, cutlery, glasses and mugs, chopping board and knife.
