In the 60's, locals knew the land as 'Elephant Mountain' because they could see elephants on the ridge from the main road. We are located about equal distances to the towns of Kalama and Woodland and with an easy day trip to see the beauty of the PNW- 40 min to PDX, 60-90min to the Columbia River Gorge, mountains, or the coast.
