Located in Yantis, the heart of Lake Fork. This is a cozy cottage that was originally the early 1900’s Salem Church in Alba. It has original floors, full kitchen with new appliances and tons of country charm. We are a working farm, so expect chickens pecking around the yard or the neighborhood dog stopping by to say Hi! There is a cozy fire pit out back and a charcoal grill. You also have a private driveway entrance with covered boat parking available upon request.

You’ll love our place because it is in town, on large lot with large covered parking (car, truck, boat, etc.). Quite neighborhood, excellent for walking and biking.. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.

Come and enjoy a slice of heaven. Mother Nature has provided a beautiful scenery full of nature sounds and calls of the wild. You can sit on the screen porch overlooking the lake and feel peace. You can sit by a fire outdoors and feel free and private and safe and hear the crickets and bullfrog. There's nothing but love, peace and joy here. There's room for social distancing and I covid clean and I am vaccinated.
