The expansive front windows and raised deck provide and incredible sunset view across the hills and dark sky lighting sets the stage for breathtaking starry skies. There's no better place for a couples romantic getaway, or for small families to experience life in the beautiful Texas Hill Country.

"The Treehouse"

The "Treehouse" is located on a quiet tree lined street and is easy walking distance to "Texas State" or downtown. Has steps to access the upstairs and is located on the back side of the house, so if steps are an issue for you please do not book this property. It is a perfect spot for a visiting professor, travel nurse or other professional seeking a temporary stay away from the fray of the University or downtown. Please note this is a one bedroom unit with one queen size bed.

Little House near Downtown

Enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located home. This house is situated in a historic neighborhood, just steps away from the downtown square. The backyard is fenced with lots of mature trees to provide shade and privacy. The front half of the backyard is landscaped but the back half is still a work in progress. The home does have exterior security cameras monitoring the property perimeter. It is video recording only, no audio.
