It is situated on a small farm with cattle and sheep. Guests enjoy sightings of kangaroos, wombats, echidnas, kookaburras & native birds. Local activities include trout fishing, hiking, kayaking, mushrooming, truffle hunts, Waldara weddings, sightseeing in the Blue Mountains, Jenolan Caves, Kanangra Walls and Mayfield Garden. The gorgeous 'Loughmore (pronounced lockh-more) Cottage' is an original Irish settlers slab hut, circa 1900. It is conveniently located in the heart of the village, Kangaroo Valley. Close to restaurants, cafes, an eclectic mix of shops, 'The Friendly Inn' pub and fun activities like canoeing and horse riding. The cottage is very cosy with a nostalgic ambience. It's the perfect place for the ultimate romantic getaway. Bed linen, towels and 20kg of firewood (Winter months only) are included.

Studio 12

Our home is on half an acre of beautiful gardens, with our house on one side and Studio 12 on the other. Studio 12 is studio style accommodation and is one large room that accommodates up to 3 people, and includes a queen and single bed. Tastefully decorated, the kitchenette has microwave, kettle, toaster, bar fridge, electric wok and grill. Linen and towels are supplied. Double french doors open out onto the large garden that separates this accommodation from the main residence.

The Timberwolf Cabin - A mountain retreat

Set on 2.4 hectares of mountain forest the Timberwolf cabin is a beautiful place to getaway and unwind. Explore the surrounding grounds and down into the expansive forest, or kick back on one of the decks to watch as the mist rolls through the mountains in the distance. At night, stargaze at the Southern Cross while cooking a barbeque, or light a fire inside and snuggle into a big comfy couch while you stream your favourite movie.

As an added bonus we are located 15 minutes away from the Southern Highlands wineries and all that the Southern Highlands has to offer. We do not have WIFI.
