It's a quiet neighborhood just minutes from the interstate, parks, trails, and our vibrant downtown with cafés, shops, and great restaurants. North Country Cottage

This beautiful, recently renovated home is out in the country down a dead-end road, but still only a few miles from the town of Ladysmith. It is about a mile from a little county park on the Dairyland Reservoir, only a few miles from the local golf course, and just down the road from hopping on the snowmobile trail in the winter. Make many memories together skipping rocks, catching fireflies, eating smores, taking in the beautiful views, and sharing laughs.

The Hogstad Homestead

The Hogstad Homestead has been in our family for nearly 70 years. The name is in honor of my great grandparents Ardell&Elaine Hogstad who bought the property in the early 1950's. They raised their two children there and also operated a farm for many years. Since then it has been home to many family members. In 2017 my husband & I had the opportunity to buy it. It was home to us for 5 amazing years where we created many happy memories. We are now ready to share this special property with others!

Big Bear’s Den - On Lake Alexander

This spacious home is located on beautiful Lake Alexander just west of Merrill, Wisconsin. Enjoy the tranquil view year-round as you plan the many activities that this location offers. You bring the boat, and we'll supply the dock. Throw in your ski's or wakeboard, and don't forget your fishing poles! Three pound small mouth bass are not uncommon and the monster's of fresh water fish, the musky, are plentiful. Add in walleyes, crappies, northern pike and this location is a fisherman's dream!
