Welcome to our cozy all-season cottage in Winnipeg Beach - just one block from the beach and marina. Enjoy the lakeside community while staying at our stylishly-finished three bedroom, one bathroom retreat, featuring a wood-burning stove, streaming-only smart TV, in-ceiling speakers, high-speed Internet, fully-stocked kitchen, and a full bathroom with heated tile floors, large walk-in shower, and washer and dryer. The backyard has a gazebo with sectional and the front has a large deck with BBQ.

Black Aspen Green: Have fun with the whole family at our modern cottage near the beach. Walking distance to the beach, our dog friendly space boasts comforts for everyone. This modern cottage was designed for a large family or for two families to share. 3 bedroom, 2 bath including a bunk room for the kids and a mudroom with built in kennels and a dog bath. The backyard has a large ground level deck with two BBQs, seating and dining spaces as well as a fire pit area with plenty of seating.

The cottage comfortably sleeps 4 adults, with a queen-size bedroom and queen-size trundle bed in the living room. During the summer, the guest cottage also sleeps two guests (unless extreme temperatures). There is parking for up to 5 vehicles on the property. There is no hot tub at the house Well behaved dogs allowed, $50 pet fee per stay Minimum 4-night rental during July-August and Jan-March. Monthly rates available during fall/spring. Double heated garage $50/night in fall/winter; inquire when booking.
