Alexa provides info and light control. Two window a/c keep the place cool. Free parking is available in the adjacent public lot.

Berwyn Place #1 is a newly renovated first‑floor one‑bedroom in Oakley’s walkable, vibrant neighborhood. Enjoy a private deck on a quiet cul‑de‑sac plus off‑street parking. Walk to restaurants, bars, and shops. Because this is the downstairs unit, overhead noise will occur when the upstairs unit is occupied. Most guests find it manageable, but it’s important to know before booking.
