The kitchen has all the cooking tools for a big group. Black out curtains have been a guest favorite. It has beds for 8 but there is plenty of room for other guests . A quick 20 mile freeway ride to Austin and the events.

Farm Stay

The property is the original 1930's farmers cottage that has been brought back to life and restored, adding to it all the modern amenities. With a hand chiseled cozy fireplace and bay windows to watch the calves through, even rainy days are special. The property has 2 bedrooms 1 bathroom, indoor and outdoor dinning tables. Perfect location, perfect for dogs. Best fenced yard in Old Town, backs to SouthWestern University. Historic Georgetown Square is 1/2 a mile away. Near the 29 and a 3 minute drive to the 35 and 130 inner loop. Front house: Two bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen, 1 bathroom, TV room in the front house. Back unit (called bedroom 3 in the listing - extra cost), has desk and a full bed (no running water in office). Can add another full size sleeping setup.
