The river has heavy tidal flow (no river use from home). The Hoquiam River support runs of Chinook, chum, and coho salmon, steelhead, and sea-run trout. just a couple of miles upriver from Historic Downtown Hoquiam restaurants, stores and shops, 20 min to coast 45 min drive to Lake Quinault hiking trails South Shore Trailhead.

It has a view of the State Park and just a few mins walk to the tallest lighthouse in Washington. Located in one of the newest buildings with great amenities such as EV charger, huge jetted tub, outdoor salt water pool & hot tub, electric fireplace, gym, putting green, basketball court, bbq area, etc. See “other details”.

Our very comfortable one-bedroom 2nd floor condo (with elevator) is located in building 12 of the lovely Westport by the Sea complex on the beach in Westport. It has a view of the State Park and the lighthouse and is just a short walk to the beach and oceanfront pathway! No ocean view, but very handy to the pool/hot tub and clubhouse. The saltwater pool is heated but seasonal (Open mid-May to mid-Oct) while the hot tub is open all year. We always allow early check-in if the condo is ready!

Due to Ocean Shores zone restrictions, this studio is only offered as a workspace. By booking this space, you acknowledge you intend to use it as a workspace. You will, of course, have 24-hour access. Your projects are your business. The studio has views of the Jetty and sunsets to the west. 10 min. Walk to the beach. There is a fully equipped kitchen and bath with a shower on the first floor. On the second floor, there is a full bed and a couch that pulls out to make a queen bed.

Just 1/2 mile to eateries, groceries, seaside golf course, and the beginning of the Seaside Promenade. Only 2 miles to Seaside Downtown.

There is a full fridge, dishwasher, new gas stove in the kitchen. In addition, there is a totally separate downstairs apartment in a daylight basement floor that is occupied. Close to town, this above garage apartment is just a few blocks from the discovery trail and beach! The cabin next to the garage is occupied by owners, May-October, and at times October-April. We have plenty of extra parking for Rod run cars and fishing boats! All guests are welcome to use clam shovels and guns, as well as boots and bags; all in the garage. Your family will be close everything when you stay at this centrally-located place.
