Located in the heart of the Willamette Valley wine country the 1100 SqFt private unit provides a unique opportunity to experience the north west. We are at the center of a hub with equal access to Hillsboro, Sherwood, Newberg and Beaverton for all of the night life and restaurants while being within a few miles of 100+ wineries. We also offer a wood fired pizza making experience (see below for details). All of this while experiencing rural Oregon. We are on 6 acres with only a few neighbors.

It's just a short walk to our Nos Suenos Farm property and vineyard valley views. Perfect single or couple getaway retreat!

Less than a mile from the Peavy Arboretum gateway to McDonald Forest and an easy 15 minute drive to Corvallis and OSU, this stand-alone guest suite offers the peace of the outdoors with the close proximity of the city. With a studio style bedroom, kitchenette, bathroom, and off street parking, guests have the privacy and freedom to come and go as they please. For summer visitors, Anderson's Blueberry Farm is right next door. Grab a map of the trails or the city from the bookshelf and explore!

No neighbor's windows looking into apartment, or outdoor patio space. NOT FOR LOUD PEOPLE/ GROUPS: Only mature, respectful guests to stay in my home.

Enjoy a well appointed private guest suite on an operating Thoroughbred horse ranch bordering on the Cascade foothills close to both Silver Falls State Park and the Oregon Gardens. The tranquil setting affords plenty of opportunity to savor the views from your private deck. And while unsupervised schmoozing with the horses isn't allowed, if you'd like we'll be glad to introduce you to some of the herd. You can rub elbows with equine royalty - the offspring of two Kentucky Derby winners!

The large guest suite has its own private entrance, mudroom/office, bedroom with king bed, living room with couch/Tv, kitchenette, and bathroom. It has a full, well-stocked kitchen, ideal for those looking to stay in and cook, but it’s also just a 20 minute drive from downtown, for those looking to explore the wonderful restaurant scene Portland offers. Keyless entry and private entrance through the side yard gate provide renters with complete autonomy during their visit.

This rustic-modern space has a kitchenette, fridge, freezer, filtered water, microwave, hot plate, toaster and several coffee makers. Deer are daily visitors, along with a variety of wild birds and many other friendly critters.
