Welcome to the Mustard Seed. We believe that big memories can be made with humble beginnings. We invite you to come experience country-style living in East Tennessee. We are located in Jefferson City, TN about 25 minutes away from the Sevierville/Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area. Heading west we are only 30 minutes from Knoxville. Our cozy tiny home has all of the basic necessities you will need during your visit such as full bathroom, bedroom with queen size bed, kitchen sink, tv and Wi-Fi.

Angel nest is 5 minutes to Dollywood and splash country. Very convenient location to pigeon forge and Gatlinburg And many restaurants and attractions. Nestled away in a very quiet neighborhood with beautiful mountain views . Angel nest sleeps 4 comfortably. iT has queen sofa bed and queen bed has a memory foam mattresses. This charming 3/2 home with ample parking and a large fenced in yard with picnic table and large barbecue grill, is great for both children and pets. Yes, well behaved house broken pets are welcomed. This home comes with two internet TV’s, full kitchen, as well as small items to make it easier to vacation and work.

This studio is on the lower level of our home with a private entrance and driveway. It is the only space on this level. It has a comfortable queen bed, kitchenette and an expansive private covered porch with bed swing and two seating areas. Guests staying 2 nights or more will receive a thank you gift. You will be staying just off I-40 and minutes (20-40) from Sevierville, Pigeon Forge (Dolllywood), and Gatlinburg. We are less than a mile from Douglas Lake.
