The Chalet is newly renovated and is located in the Greenway Woods Resort, which has a playground with a trampoline, a swimming pool, and a restaurant that will reopen soon. It is only 5 km from Uplands.

This is a very comfortable, centrally-located family home with an open-plan living space leading out to a large deck, which overlooks a sparkling pool and treetops of the adjacent green belt.
