Close to the Mall and 99 cents store.Close to buses to go to UCLA and the Beach. Very safe area and good neighbors .It does not have Stove but Microwave ,Toaster ,Coffee maker and everything else you need to prepare a meal with Microwave. It Does not have AC but a Fan . I try to be a good hostess for my hosts.
