The guesthouse is in a high-end, quiet residential neighborhood in the heart of LA's Westside. Extremely safe and with ample street parking, it's in walking distance to malls, shops, and restaurants. Ample parking right on the street. Minimal restrictions (street cleaning once a week per side of road). Lots of bus lines within 5-10 minutes walking that can get you to anywhere in LA. About 20 minutes walk to the metro station (light rail to the beach & to downtown). Lots of Ubers within 5 minutes around the clock. This guesthouse is cosy, it is not large (the pictures that were taken by a gifted Airbnb photographer make it look larger than it is.) It is a great space for a couple, and while it can fit up to 5 people, it is a very tight space for 5 adults. It seems to work well for families with kids that want an affordable place to stay in LA, or for 3-5 young people who do not mind crowded accomodation.

The house has central Air condition/heater, free Wifi, 50” wall mounted TV with DirecTV, Apple-TV, Netflix and Amazon Prime. Easy access from the side of the house, through a very spacious well-lit walkway with outside sitting area and private keyless entrance (code provided by owner). Located on the westside of LA, Cheviot Hills is a quiet, centrally located neighborhood close to Century City, Beverly Hills, Westwood, and Culver City. Within walking distance to the Metro, for easy access to Santa Monica, Venice, USC, UCLA, and Downtown. Located within walking distance (1 mile) to Fox Studios and Metro Expo line for a quick ride to Downtown LA, USC and Santa Monica. • We have two adult dogs and occasional barking may occur.

My place is close to Sawtelle and Cheviot Hills Recreation Center. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Lots of restaurants in a walking distance. Close to the Mall and 99 cents store.Close to buses to go to UCLA and the Beach. Very safe area and good neighbors .It does not have Stove but Microwave ,Toaster ,Coffee maker and everything else you need to prepare a meal with Microwave. It Does not have AC but a Fan . I try to be a good hostess for my hosts.
