Cottage is one minute to Cricket Creek marina/State park, 10 minutes to Big Cedar Lodge/Top of the Rock, and 20 minutes to Branson amenities. 15 miles to world class golfing. Some venues seasonal.

Private house just steps from the water on Beaver lake. Excellent fishing and easy assess to the water for swimming and kayaking (kayaks not provided). Two bedroom, living room with television, full kitchen and bath. Perfect get away for the weekend or a vacation in NW Arkansas. Also a short 35 min drive to Dixon street near U of A in Fayetteville and only 40 minutes to downtown Rogers or Bentonville. War Eagle marina is less than a mile away. This cozy cottage in the woods (completed in June 2017) is perfect for a couple seeking a romantic getaway, enjoying a honeymoon, or celebrating an anniversary. (The sofa is a full convertible bed, if others plan to share the 400+ sq. ft. space.) Located in the Lake Hill (formerly Shadow Lake) Golf Course neighborhood (course is currently closed) about a mile from the NW shores of beautiful Pomme de Terre Lake, and about 6 miles south of Lucas Oil Speedway.
