Gorgeous retreat on River Avon, overlooking world famous Royalty Fisheries, just a 5 min walk from train station, with parking. SHOREBANKS No 4 Sandacres in Sandbanks on the corner of Shore Road / Banks Road, right on the beach! Located on first floor and provides 2 bedrooms, lounge / diner, shower bathroom, chill / hide out room, spacious 130sq. ft balcony (rare!) with amazing views / sunsets over Poole Harbour, Brownsea Island and in the distance the Poole Quay area. Looking at our photo's is a real must!!! Relax on the balcony and just watch some amazing views, there is always something interesting to see!!!

Great place for water sports enthusiasts with hiring facilities right opposite and the Watersports Academy a few doors along.. 7 mile stretch of sandy beaches towards Bournemouth are a short 2 minute stroll away by Jazz cafe . Bus stops for Swanage/ Poole/Bournemouth.. One Car parking space to the rear of the block is available with apartment..
