This is a charming flint cottage in a gorgeous rural setting. This period detached property offers relaxed, comfortable accommodation with unique character. Perfect for weekend getways or working trips. The property is situated with the grounds of a larger house backing onto meadows with sheep grazing and uninterrupted views of Suffolk countryside. The main living area is open plan with a lovely modern kitchen with table and chairs for eating at. A large leather sofa for relaxing and unwinding looking out onto your own private courtyard. In the bedroom a sumptuous king size bed to snuggle into at night and a delightfully quirky en-suite bathroom await you. In the morning enjoy a breakfast of delicious eggs laid by my chickens as I will leave breakfast essentials for you.

Five miles from Bury St Edmunds Orchard Cottage is a bright, airy home with full length windows & double doors that give lovely views of the orchard and paddocks beyond. The two double bedrooms with their en-suite shower rooms are on either side of the large open plan living/kitchen area. All are decorated in a simple but comfortable manner with powerful showers, good beds and built in storage. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is central heating, wifi etc. You cannot park outside Orchard

Our charming rural retreat has flexible accommodation for 6/7 adults PLUS small children. Modern kitchen & bathroom. Private staircases lead to Bedroom 1 - double bed + single Zedbed on request. Bedroom 2 - twin beds. Both have en-suite WCs. The Garden Room is EITHER Bedroom 3 (with kingsize bed OR 2 singles) OR an additional sitting room. Travel Cot available for our younger guests! Hollydene is a charming Victorian cottage in the rural Suffolk village of Bardwell. There is a cosy wood burner for the colder winter months and a courtyard garden for warmer days in the summer. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen but if you prefer not to cook you will find two pubs in the village (one is just two doors away) as well as the Grumpy Goat cafe and bar at the sports pavilion (Wednesday to Sunday).

The Old Stables is a charming self contained annex to the front of our property with free parking on premises. Situated in a quiet location near The Grange Hotel and within approx half of a mile walking distance into Thurston Village. We live in the main house which is attached to the annex with our two quiet dogs. We are generally on hand to help with any questions or advise on the local area.
