Outdoor patio seats. 2 double bedrooms - access to second room via the first & thru a smaller room (with the red futon), so best for families/good friends.

A great base for relaxing & visiting the Cotswolds, Oxford, Diddly Squat Farm Shop & The Farmer's Dog, Blenheim Palace or Bicester Village. Just 5 minutes drive from the historic market town of Chipping Norton, with plenty of shops & relaxing coffee stops. In winter a log burner makes it cosy. There are footpaths 'from the door' and great mountain & road biking too. We love welcoming UK and international guests.

Garden studio annexe with separate kitchen and bathroom. Sleeps up to 4 (double bed and sofa beds). Essentials provided. Enjoy a break in Chipping Norton, 2 minutes from town with ample pubs, restaurants and independent shops. 5 minutes into lovely countryside walks. Small outside area is enclosed with barrier type fence panels. Bus services from Oxford, Cheltenham and Banbury, many local attractions. Check out by 10am and check in from 3pm. There are 3 steps down to the annexe.

The Pool House

Relax and reset at the Pool House. The Pool House provides a quiet location where you can relax away from the world. Swim in our pool, heated during the warmer months. During the colder months enjoy a cold plunge, beneficial for body and mind. Ease your aches and muscles in the hot tub. Please note: you are using the pool and hot tub at your own risk, there is no life guard! Please watch children and non swimmers in the pool and hot tub at all times.

Our comfortable and spacious guest house is tucked away on a quiet private road in the heart of the picturesque market town of Charlbury. Just a few minutes’ walk from charming local pubs serving delicious food and drinks. A perfect base for exploring nearby villages and Cotswold attractions, including Soho Farmhouse, Diddly Squat Farm, and Daylesford. Only a 8-minute walk to the train station, with direct mainline services to London Paddington.

The mini felt yurt is a fun place for kids to sleep or a space for enjoying library of travel books.
