This remodeled barn offers complete privacy yet is only eight minutes from downtown Paso Robles. This charming 3 bedroom, 2 bath outfitted with fine linens, and all the essentials. On the large deck one can sip on a glass of wine watching the sunset or sip on a cup of coffee to watch the sunrise.

The grain bin has an outdoor porta-potty 20 feet away and a summer outdoor hot shower and also guests share an indoor restroom 75 feet away, laundry room, kitchen, and a rec room in the basement of the main house with a private entrance. Relax after a day of exploring the Humboldt Redwoods State Park in this peaceful, dog-friendly (for a fee), renovated barn. Nestled on a point, with spectacular views of the Eel River Valley ranch lands, redwoods, and majestic mountains. It is located right off highway 101 and just minutes to the Avenue of the Giants for exploring and hiking. Enjoy shopping and dining in the nearby Victorian village of Ferndale. It's the perfect central location for exploring all Humboldt has to offer!

The Navarro Beach estuary is just a few miles away for walking or wading. No Wifi creating a true country experience which we think you'll enjoy offering solitude, disconnecting and reinventing.

Copper Lodge is a private 12-acre retreat with shaded outdoor living, river access, and spacious areas to spread out and unwind. The property works as both a Yosemite basecamp and a destination itself. Explore the park or stay on-site to swim the river, relax in the hot tub, or enjoy long summer evenings outdoors. Fast Starlink supports remote work, and indoor/outdoor gathering spaces make it easy for families and groups to connect. Approx. 1 hr from two Yosemite NP entrances.

The Bunkhouse at Patterson Ranch

Stay in our charming 2-bedroom Bunkhouse on a 20-acre working ranch nestled in the Sierra Nevada foothills! Features include a cozy living room with sofa, TV, Wi-Fi, Apple TV, desk area, kitchenette (mini fridge, coffee maker, microwave, (single burner & bbq outside), central AC/heat, and a bathroom with shower. Expect ranch vibes, worker comings and goings, and summer/fall dust! PET FEE is no longer refundable as most pet owners refuse to follow the rules.
