By car, it's approx 10 minutes to Curtin Uni or Optus Stadium, 20 minutes to Perth Airport, 25 minutes to Cottesloe Beach or Lesmurdie Falls. You'll recognise the house by the native garden inspired by local walking trails. Guests have a private entry and exclusive access to a main bedroom, bathroom and a living area/second bedroom (no kitchen).

A beautiful studio with a private entrance beside our Art Deco home. It is a safe, peaceful, quiet and tranquil space close to Perth. The studio is a cosy private retreat to relax and unwind - surrounded by beautiful gardens. The studio is air conditioned. Guests have their own private shower and toilet a few steps into the main house. There is a salt water swimming pool & BBQ. The pool is open in the summer months. Free off street car parking is available.

Cot and high chair available in request.

NOTE: The split system is in the living room and there's not one in the room. The fan provided with the split system makes for good cooling. However, there isn't a system in your room.
