This unit comes with a complete kitchenette with a stovetop oven, microwave, toaster, keurig coffee maker and all pots, pans, dishes, cutlery, and utensils included. Wifi and Cable are in each unit. Air conditioned in summer months.

There are 1 1/2 baths with a washer and dryer. Both decks overlook the bay with amazing sunsets. The bay has striped bass, seals, Egrets, Great Blue Herons and many other birds. Mitsubishi heat pumps for heat and air conditioning. Kayaks are available for use in the bay. Enjoy a short walk across the street to the beach (100 yards)
