Swiss Alp Chalet is an updated 1956 mid century modern home with views of the rolling hills of the Swiss Alp community. Easy access to US Hwy 77 to get you where you need to go to explore the area. Located 6 miles north of Schulenburg and 10 miles south of La Grange. Three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, kitchen, with living areas, our guests have plenty of room to gather with up to 10 people comfortably. During the warmer months guests can make a splash in the screened in back yard pool. Self check in.

We offer two beautiful cottages (The Hemingway and The FW) that are located on 50 acres at the end of a dead end road. Surrounded by thousands of privately owned acreage, featuring abundant wildlife (deer, turkey, birdwatchers paradise). This is a working cattle ranch so you can take in sunsets as cattle graze in front of you. Cottages are newly built and fully furnished. Lofts for reading, custom tile showers, outdoor fire pits and lounge area. Cottages are located away from main house.

Relax in this unique tiny cabin in a tranquil, country setting. This tiny cabin has enough room to sleep 5 people - 1 queen bed on main level and 1 queen & 1 twin mattress in sleeping loft, a full kitchen and a full bathroom. Enjoy morning coffee or evening drinks on the large covered front porch. Watch wildlife (road runners, owls, foxes, wild turkeys, raccoons, possums, armadillos, etc.) from your porch. Visit nearby wineries and breweries or tour the Painted Churches.

The Otto house is walking distance from downtown Schulenburg and has a cozy, quaint feel. The house has 2 bedrooms, one with a full bed and the other a queen, along with a futon in the living room. We currently do not have a TV or Wifi, but what better way to get away from the bustle of everyday life and enjoy the peace and quiet of small town life.

Perfect escape! Custom built cabin nestled in the woods. Tranquility awaits you among the beautiful trees, wildlife and star gazing. Although we do live on the 20 acre property, the cabin is secluded and the surrounding grounds and pond is completely fenced. No pets please. NO CLEANING FEE!
