Guests can also enjoy 2 private hot tubs (designed for couples) which are situated in the private, tranquil gardens of the farmhouse, overlooking a wild Brook. On site treatment rooms are an optional extra for guests.

This is a relaxing completely self-contained studio in very quiet surroundings yet only a few minutes walk from delicious eateries and quirky bars in Ramsbottom and Holcombe Brook. It is perfect for couples who enjoy the great outdoors (you can walk onto the West Pennine Moors from the house) or for those just looking for a private retreat in which to unwind. Plenty of free unrestricted on street parking. Please note we cannot accept children or pets, the studio is compact and not suitable.

A 5 minute walk will take you to the Wayoh reservoir and surrounding areas leading to Entwistle and Jumbles Country park. The Lancashire cycle way runs past the doorstep as does as the cycling stage of Ironman uk.
