Hawks Barn is a refurbished, self contained, two bedroom getaway, located a stones throw from Highclere Castle (Downton Abbey). Surrounded by stunning views and walks, the barn is just 10 minutes from Newbury and Whitchurch station to Paddington and Waterloo. Opposite the main house, with parking for 2 cars, the barn has a king bedroom and a twin bedroom, and a small bathroom. Downstairs is a modern sitting room with a 7-seater sofa, large TV, fully fitted kitchen, and a dining and work space.

The Annexe has its own off-road parking space. The Annexe is a 10 minute walk from the town centre and also only a 5 minute drive to the M4. A wide variety of excellent pubs, restaurants, shops and supermarkets are all within walking distance. Highclere Castle (Downton Abbey) is 15 minutes by car. Vodafone Headquarters is a 15 minute walk, or 5 minutes by car. Newbury Racecourse is a 15 minute walk, or 5 minutes by car. Newbury railway station is a 15 minute walk, or 5 minutes by car.

Situated just outside the picturesque village of Yattendon, Manstone Cottage is surrounded by beautiful views of rolling country side. Spacious and elegantly furnished, with private parking the cottage is the ideal get away for couples, families or small groups. Within walking distance of the village with it's fantastic pub, shop, cafe, brewery and beauty salon you won't have much need to go far but it's also well situated for access to Newbury, Hungerford, Goring, Pangbourne and Henley.

With views of Watership Down, The Hay Loft is off a quiet country lane leading directly into the Greenham Common nature reserve; it offers a very restful, rural retreat. Ideal for cyclists, hikers and nature-lovers, red kite circle overhead, deer wander through, so much nature to enjoy. Close to Highclere Castle, Newbury Racecourse.

A lovely self-contained annex furnished to a high standard in a quiet rural location on the Berkshire/Hampshire border, close to Newbury and Oxford and walking distance to Highclere Castle, where Downton Abbey was filmed. Secluded garden area with seating and BBQ for outdoor dining. The annex is completely separate from our house with its own entrance and there's an allocated parking space. Well behaved dogs are always welcome and there are some lovely walks on our doorstep.

The first floor annex with it's own entrance via stairs to the side of the main house has private, comfortable living accommodation with kitchen, dinning and lounge area; double bedroom and en-suite shower room.
