The Pines Treehouse is nestled underneath a huge oak tree sitting high above the running water of Sand Beck. Nature cocoons you and you can reach out and touch the trees, see wildlife all around you amongst the pines. With breathtaking views through the tress and across the valley you are completely private having no other accommodation on the site making this a truly unique and special experience. Windy Hall is somewhere very special. High in the Pennines it offers one of the most magnificent views in England. You may want to stay and enjoy the peace & quiet, but we are ideally placed for trips west to the Lake District, east to the magnificent cathedral city of Durham, and north to Hadrian's Wall. It's unusual in that you have to walk the last 240 metres to the house, though we will bring up your luggage in our 4WD. But don't let this put you off; please just read our reviews!

Barn annexe La’L Skaithe

2 miles from Kirby Stephen, annexe to the main house with own entrance and use of garden in front of the property, outdoor seating. Own front door and a small porch area . We welcome dogs to stay. Bathroom with step into the large shower and non slip mat available , a living and kitchen area with a comfy sofa, table and chairs and a cooker and hob ( no cooker extractor) microwave and fridge. A door leads off the living and kitchen area to a bedroom with double bed and wardrobe.
