Perfect for family getaways, you can relax or enjoy water activities. The spacious two floor home sleeps up to 10 guests. Just 55 minutes from Metro Detroit, you’re close to the Michigan International Speedway and a winery with concerts three nights a week. Unwind with a beach bonfire under the stars. Currently there is no boat access for guests on Evans lake.

1200 sq ft of clean and welcoming space. This unique home was once a 3 unit apt building with a studio apt and 1 bedroom apt on the first floor. I’ve combined the two first floor units into a spacious oasis with two private entrances, two full baths, laundry and a neat bar. Across the street from Shawood lake with Walled lake about 4 houses down. Guests are more than welcome to use the kayaks and bikes. It’s lake livin in the city!! Very much an up north feel but only 1 mile from 12 Oaks Mall.

Lake is very ideal for swimming/sunbathing/boating with a sandy bottom- ideal for children. A dock is present if guests choose to bring a boat/ Jet ski or float toys. Parking can accommodate up to 5 vehicles. Lakefront seating includes 1 large 10ft picnic table/ large wooden swing, 2 tanning chairs, 1 additional 3-person swing and 5 single chairs. Charcoal grill/firepit available.

The upper level features two bedrooms and shared bathroom. The lower level features a primary bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, dining area, and two living areas (including dedicated workspace).
