Round House Retreat

Experience the Round House Retreat, situated only 10 minutes from Bermagui, a unique, architectural tiny home surrounded by Australian bushland. Awaken to birdsong, treat yourself to a luscious outdoor bath, enjoy a wine by the fire and indulge in modern luxuries such as high speed Wi-fi and smart TV. Offering a balance of sustainability and style, this space includes a king size bed with hemp linen sheets, a newly renovated kitchen and bathroom, outdoor shower and a modern composting toilet.

The Rainforest Cabin, cosy and nestled in nature.

The Rainforest Cabin is relaxing haven nestled in nature on our farm. It is one of a pair of cabins, each private and with their own character. Your own home close to all the delights of the far south coast. The cabin has a deck overlooking the chain of ponds leading to the Lily Pond dam below. There is a private kitchenette and the shared Sunny Kitchen cabin. Its a lovely artistic space to relax and rewind and enjoy the landscaped gardens. The handmade crockery is made in my farm studio.

Bendos Beach House @ South Broulee

Renovated modern beach house in one of Broulee’s quietest cul-de-sacs. The house has direct access to a walking track metres from the front door to the patrolled section of South Beach Private outdoor shower and private outdoor gazebo. 8 metre heated mineral pool at back of house which is a shared space with the owner’s house at rear. Pool available from October 1- April 30. Ducted air conditioning. All linen provided. EV charger available on request. Pets on request. Strictly no smoking

Delightful, cosy cottage with the comforts of home

Our cottage has a renovated bathroom & laundry on the outskirts of Moruya town, adjoining rural property. 10 min drive to beaches. Mogo Zoo & Batemans Bay 20 min north; Bodalla Dairy & art galleries 20 min south. Moruya has plenty of cafes & you can enjoy the popular Riverside Markets every Sat morning or the SAGE growers markets every Tues afternoon. OR simply relax with a wine & BBQ; a cuppa on the front verandah, or snuggle inside with the woodstove on & watch a DVD or stream shows.

Beach holiday in a large garden

Our comfortable, well-equipped self-contained unit is situated underneath our family home. It is 1 km from the beach and the river, and 6 km from the country town of Moruya on the NSW South Coast. Swimming, fishing, kayaking, markets, bush walking, bike trails, or relaxing - it's all here for you and your family. Your pet is welcome too. We have a large grass area fenced with l.6 m high wire where your dog can run, and our local beach is a 24 hour off-leash doggy playground!

Friendly farm stay near beach.

Our farm looks out to the sea, across lush green fields. Your private two story accommodation is self contained with outside living areas and modern amenities. The top story is the spacious bedroom and is ideally suited to a couple, with a queen size bed and magnificent views. It also has a daybed in the same room, that can be used by a child. Although the double sofa in the downstairs living area can be made up to be a double bed, privacy could be a concern. Families excepted.

The tiny home's fully appointed kitchen and bathroom have premium fittings and appliances, and we provide organic bath and shower supplies.

Hilton at Malua Bay

One of the best locations at Malua Bay with unbroken ocean views. Enjoy a stunning stay in spacious comfort and style which can accommodate up to 8 guests. Fabulous location all year round, a 1-2 minute ocean front walk to Garden Bay, a 5 minute walk to the popular Three66 café plus enjoy all that the south coast has to offer. Watch the whales from the front deck as they migrate north in the cooler months, and south with their calves as it starts to warm up towards summer.

'Biliga'. 1930's beach cottage.

'Biliga' is close to the beach, cafes and the small village of Tuross . It is a quaint 1930's cottage. The house is light and airy, surrounded by bird life and within easy walking distance of the beach. Good for couples and singles.Great for a beach holiday, golf, fishing, swimming, walking, cycling, and / or relaxing. An inspiring house for writers and painters needing a place to create. Not suitable for parties, large groups or school leavers events.

Rosehill Ridge

Located on a granite ridge with ocean views to the east and mountains to the west. This self contained wing of the main house has everything you need to sit back and relax. Just a few minutes into town or to the beach or just chill on the wrap around veranda. The property is a small hobby farm with chickens , goats, alpaca an orchard and veggie gardens which you are welcome to explore

Oceanview House

Oceanview is a brand-new house with stunning views overlooking Carters Beach, Bar Beach and Montague Island. Enjoy watching whales swim by from every room. The beach or world famous Narooma - Dalmeny cycleway is only a two minute drive down the hill. Take a walk or cycle your way along the spectacular ocean foreshore.
