Welcome to our warm and inviting historic farm home. Enjoy a quaint and cozy stay with easy access to Athens, UGA, Madison, Monroe, and Watkinsville. You will enjoy the entire second floor. The space offers two bedrooms with a queen bed in each, a third room with a double bed that can be used as a bedroom or common room, and a full bathroom with an antique claw foot tub and shower. There's no access to the downstairs. You can also relax on the front porch or back deck overlooking 9 wooded acres.

Greek Revival Farmhouse

Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, The Pierce Farmhouse was built in 1870 as a wedding gift for a son. We have owned it for 20 years and have made another set of renovations to bring it back to its original charm and character while making it more comfortable with modern amenities. The farmhouse sits on 60 wooded acres in High Shoals and guests have access to our pond for fishing and river for canoeing. We are 20 minutes from Athens, and 15 minutes from Monroe and Madison.

This is a renovated, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, historical house built in 1905 that sleeps up to 6 guests. It is located on the main street that runs through downtown Monroe, GA and is near several antique malls. It is one block from The Factory at Walton Mill wedding venue and two streets away from The Engine Room wedding venue. For the adventurous, SkyDive Monroe is only one mile away. It is approximately a 30 minute drive to the University of Georgia campus for all the Dawgs fans!

This warm and cozy home is three bedrooms 2 bath on the main floor and upstairs a bonus room with a office work area. This house has a small, fenced yard. The garage is an added bonus. The neighborhood amenities include a pool and tennis court. A quick 4-5 min drive from the square in Covington and the Covington movie studies are across the street from the neighborhood. Full size washer and dryer and home is stocked with everything our guests would need.

This classic 1950's home is located on a quiet, tree-lined residential street yet it is only a half-mile walk to all the shops & dining of historic downtown Monroe. With three bedrooms and two baths, the home is spacious enough for a large family attending a wedding at one of Monroe's many event venues, or a group of friends meeting in town for the weekend. The large, private backyard is the perfect spot to grill out for dinner.
