Die Küche ist mit modernster Technik (Kochfeld, Backofen, Geschirrspüler, Kaffeemaschine) ausgestattet. Das Badezimmer mit Dusche, Sauna und Kälte Bad rundet die Einrichtung ab. Das WC ist separat. Zum Studio gehört ein grosszügiger Garten mit einem kleinen Esstisch und einer gemütlichen Lounge.

Our cool and cosy flat has two bedrooms and is ideally located to explore the city. 4 tram lines and 2 bus lines are a few steps away, the main station is only 3 stops away. The flat is fully furnished and has everything you need to feel at home. Our flat is situated in a traditional building which is over 100 years old. If you are looking for a cozy and colourful home with lots of light and you do not mind some imperpections, this is the right place for you!

It has a comfortable kingsize bed, fridge, coffee machine, water kettle and a table to work with high-speed Wifi. We are almost CO2 neutral thanks to our solar roof.
