Deceptively rustic from the outside, the Knights Quarters is an elegant open plan apartment featuring a full sized kitchen, large bathroom and a Queen and King single bed with luxe organic cotton linen. Enjoy the views and relax by the fire-pit (byo wood) under billions of stars. This is a genuine camp on the Ridge with solar power so has no heating or air-conditioning, there are fans for summer and blankets for winter.

The Old School House

You are Welcome! Find opal at the back door of our delightfully renovated 20ft caravan, aptly named THE Tardis! Including 2 comfy beds (double + single), air con & heating and basic cooking facilities, you will be pleasantly surprised by this unique opalfield 'cara-camping' retreat. A short drive to town and all attractions THE Tardis is just far enough away to be peaceful but close enough to be accessible Your hosts are locals with many passions. Please note we do not accept pets onsite.

Potch Retreat

This is a fully self contained unit that will be your home away from home. The bedroom has a queen bed, ceiling fan, TV and built in robes. There is also an open plan living area featuring a sofa and a couple of single couches where you can relax and watch some TV. Full kitchen facilities allow you to cook up a storm and enjoy your meal at the dining table. Bathroom includes toilet, hot/cold shower and a wash basin. The Reverse Cycle A/C ensures a comfortable stay year round.

The Bimble Box - opal field retreat

The Bimble Box is a much loved opal miners' camp, built from stone, conveniently located and beautifully renovated to create a light-filled, open-plan interior with stunning views. Inside there's a relaxing lounge area, large dining/work table, modern kitchen and comfortable new beds. This beautiful little off-grid opal field home is solar powered, water conserving, clean, comfortable and just a short drive or leisurely walk to the shops, cafés and hot artesian baths.

Situated in the heart of Cotton and Wheat Country. Our little house offers comfortable, clean and convenient accommodation. Whether you're staying overnight or long term, we can accommodate you. Walk to the local pub and cafe. Council pool directly across the road. 3km to the Burren artesian bore bath ( April - Oct) generally. Burren Junction is a great place to base yourself to visit Lightning Ridge, Mount Kaputar National Park, and many other beautiful spots.

Perfect for couples, friends travelling together, or families with teenagers. Enjoy modern comforts, Starlink Wi-Fi, and your own private fossicking area.

The Albatross

This memorable place is anything but ordinary. Located on a 1/4 acre residential block in the outback, this modern tiny home/caravan, with a Bohéme twist is visited by our friendly chooks, has access to a vege garden, medicinal & culinary herbs, a fire pit and is a skip away from the local bore baths, swimming pool and the culinary delights of the local Sporting Club.

The Holiday Hut: Town Centre

The Holiday Hut is located two minutes walking distance from the shops and sleeps up to six people with two double bedrooms and a sofa bed in the lounge area. The cleaning fee for pets is $50 per stay. It offers a rain shower and has limited air conditioning available as well as basic cooking facilities. Linen is provided as well as tea and coffee making facilities.
