Te One is a classic 1970's bach with open plan kitchen & living area, stunning deck, vintage furniture and contemporary art. Only 250 meters to cafes, deli, and an excellent pub/restaurant. The perfect base to explore the many delights that the Kapiti Coast has to offer. 2 minutes walk to the cafes, restaurants, shops at Paraparaumu Beach seaside village, Paraparaumu Beach Golf course, and Kapiti Island Ferry departure point. And only 30 seconds stroll across the sand dunes onto Paraparaumu Beach, no roads to cross.

Initial entry is via the front door, and the lift takes you to the second floor. (There are no internal stairs) This is an original NZ bach and requires you to PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN SHEETS AND TOWELS THANKYOU. (I can supply if you're travelling) There are 3 bedrooms, 2 double beds upstairs and a queen, and 2 children's bunks downstairs.

Guests will need to provide their own sheets, pillow slips and towels. Blankets and duvets provided.

Great outdoor furniture on both sides of the house, double BBQ, fire for the winter, dishwasher, washing machine, and only steps from the beach. Perfect for families in the summer or a romantic getaway for a couple in the winter. The view from your bed upstairs is gorgy! . Sorry, not suitable for under 5's because of the spiral stairs. No parties or groups thanks.
