Just a short stroll to our local zephyr cafe and neighbourhood cantina. Our house has 4 bedrooms and enough room for the whole family with a great indoor/outdoor flow. The deck has a covered louvre system allowing you to enjoy the country feel while relaxing outside listening to the native birds amongst the beautiful trees.

Inside, you'll find stylish furnishings, a modern bathroom, and sleeping arrangements for up to 5 guests, including a queen size fold-out sofa in the living room. While the exterior is currently a work in progress, the inside is clean and modern, ensuring a comfortable stay. Utile (means: useful, handy and practical)

Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. The dairy is next door, Kaiti shopping mall is a block away with KFC & Pizza Hut. City centre is a 10 minute walk, bus route, and a drive away from the beaches from both directions. I have a dog (Tai) and cat (Tahi). Tai is not friendly at first but settles. I will take full control of him at all times. Tahi comes and goes he is not really an inside cat. I will make sure flea and smell ridden.

Our place is homely and based in the suburbs. Perfect for those needing a safe place to relax after a busy day, “Tradies and travellers love our place” We do not allow parties, events, group gatherings - call it what you like !!! Our Airbnb is for our paying guests only. Quiet hours between 11pm and 7am. We do not charge a cleaning fee so please leave the place tidy and take the linen off the beds (the service fee is paid to Airbnb)
