The Ponderosa B&B is self-contained and independent from the main home, with private access and parking. We welcome dogs and can even arrange grazing for horses. Beautiful charming cottage with fantastic view. The cottage has a queen bed, a sitting room, shower, bath and toilet with own deck. Not self-contained but has a gas cooker, bbq set, microwave, mini fridge, kettle and toaster. Tea/Plunger coffee are provided. There is a walking track below the cottage and also more walks around here. We are located in Diamond Harbour, 20min walk to jetty that you can catch a ferry to Lyttelton, only 10min ride, beautiful journey.

Drenched in all day sun our newly renovated guest house has everything you need to enjoy a relaxing holiday. Waikuku Beach is a haven for holiday makers, with its beautiful beach, picturesque community and lots of native bird life to enjoy. Located just a short walk (15 mins) to the beach and the Ashley River estuary. Waikuku Beach is perfect for swimming and surfing and is lifeguard patrolled every weekend in summer and everyday of the school holidays.
